Arnt is a founding member of The Learning Nuggets Company Ltd. He is also the founder of a Norwegian company providing content management and web publishing services, it is a major player in providing solutions for local government. Its services are used by over 500 organisations located in the UK, Holland and Scandinavia.

As the Technical Director of The Learning Nuggets Company Limited, his team are responsible for the learning portal design, workspace collaborative environment, book exchange & library solutions and third party integration.
