Through our partnership we offer over 40 off-the-shelf Mentored Learning courses - CrossKnowledge’s management training, developed in conjunction with their Faculty of international business thinkers.
Combines self-assessments, e-Learning modules, practical applications and individual follow-ups conducted by an experienced mentor.
The Mentored Learning on-line courses are endorsed by theWorld Bank (in Africa) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). At the end of the course the learner receives a Certificate co-branded by ILM and CrossKnowledge.
MAL is a perfect solution for government initiatives for competences and skills development. In the UK for example, the CrossKnowledge Mentored Learning programme also fits in with government training funding initiatives and partners are able to offer a wide array of leadership and management courses which are funded via the Skills Funding Agency.
