Whether it is to identify the competences and skills of individuals in specific departments or roles or as part of an organisational wide change or transformation programme, we will work with your teams to design, implement and manage the successful delivery of your initiatives.  Where appropriate, we can also combind the competences & skills profiling activities with knowledge centres - information sources where your employees can access relevant learning referencing material customerised for their use. 

Through our SafariBooks Online solutions, individuals can have access to accounts so they can ‘pull’ content when they have technical questions or information requirements.  Safari can be mapped against management, business, financial and personal development areas, competence frameworks, the IT Job Families, and specific development courses to create suggested reading lists so that information can be ‘pushed’ to users to support development activities as part of a blended approach.

e-Learning Strategy Development & Implementation:

We work with our clients in the areas of strategy development, strategy implementation (feasibility, cost and risk assessments, analysis and design and implementation), management & hosting and support.
