
Diana has significant experience in the application of information technology for business improvement, having worked in the IT & telecommunications sector for over 22 years. Diana has key skills in managing emerging ideas through to service delivery, programme & project management, and developing strategic relationships at an international level.
As founder of Solution-e Consultancy Limited she managed e-Business and new media projects for organisations as divers as GE Global eXchanage, Sterling Commerce and WGSN. Diana has experience of successfully implementing major technology developments for organisations such as BT and Cable & Wireless in the UK, where she held various roles as Programmes Director , and eCommerce Business Solutions Manager & IS Operations Account Manager respectively. Roles she has undertaken include Systems Analyst at Danfoss where she represented global subsidiaries for sales & marketing systems developments. Her consultancy experiences outside IT include managed the delivery of the strategy & feasibility study for the Ghana pilot rollout of 200 Mobile Clinics in Sub-Sahara Africa for US Doctors For Africa (USDFA) in 2007. She was instrumental in engaging the Vice President of Ghana as patron and champion for the project, and managing and coordinating the in-country feasibility assessment and visits to Ghana by USDFA team members, TV appearances, PR and financial analysis for the business case for donor funding.
Diana's experiences also extend to IT training of large corporations such as Merrill Lynch, National Grid & Body Shop and SMEs. She was a marker and e-Tutoring for the Distance Learning MBA Programme, Information Management at Henley Business School (UK). She is in the final stages of a doctoral programme (DBA) at Henley Business School (UK) researching the impact of e-Learning on organisational learning strategies. Her qualifications include an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy (ADipC) and an MBA from Henley Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies with Distinction from Kingston Business School (UK).
