What Happens When You Place An Order?
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
For an item ordered from LNC, when you click the "Place your order" button, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we receive cleared funds from you. If you are placing your order by credit card this is immediate.
Electronic bank transfers can take between 3 to 10 working days depending on the country you are in. On receipt of cleared funds we will send you an e-mail notifying you that the account setup process has began, this takes 1 to 2 working days from the date of notification.
If you are paying directly at the bank, your bank will send us a payment reference number for your transaction. On receipt of this and cleared funds we will send you an email confirming your order.
We have a 7 days cancellation policy should you wish to cancel the order. A 10% (order value) cancellation fee is payable and will be deducted from any monies received from you. No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days.
